Overcup is the home clients keep coming back to. Located in Frostwood, one of Memorial West's most established pockets, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence balances a strong, modern-traditional exterior with a layout built for real family life.

The design was shaped for an established family with school-aged kids: zones for connection, room to grow, and generous secondary suites, brought to life through a collaboration with a Minneapolis-based architecture firm that gave the home a fresh perspective rarely seen in Houston. Rich material layering, black-framed windows, and a recessed garage let the home's sculptural staircase take center stage from the street.

Inside, the same intention carries through. A sculptural kitchen island transitions from natural stone to warm wood seating, and a window-framed staircase, one of our most requested design elements today, was ahead of its time when Overcup was built. High ceilings and refined finishes add sophistication, but every material choice was made to hold up to daily life, not just first impressions.
