Texas law requires builders to provide a 1-year cosmetic warranty, 2-year MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) warranty, and 6-year structural warranty on new construction. These are standard in your construction agreement. Aspire also provides post-construction service support — we don't disappear after the keys are handed over.
