David Gordon’s passion for homebuilding began long before Aspire. After studying engineering at Texas A&M and earning a Construction Management degree from the University of Houston, David quickly recognized the shortcomings of traditional luxury homebuilding: slow timelines, limited transparency, and fragmented client experiences.
Determined to create something better, David reimagined what it means to be a custom builder. He pioneered a trust based process focusing on the client. Today, his leadership continues to guide our mission.
