This collaboration helped to blend regional livability with elements not commonly seen in Houston at the time. The outcome was a distinctive home that was an intentional departure from local norms.
The timeless design was shaped for an established family with school-aged children. We took into account real family rhythms: zones for connection, spaces for solitude, enhanced storage, generous secondary suites, and flexible rooms that adapt as children grow. Overcup was never meant to be a showpiece, it was designed to be lived in.
